Production Supervisor

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our manufacturing facility across various shifts. In this role, you will oversee production teams, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. You will coordinate staffing, training, and scheduling, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and track key performance metrics. Partnering closely with maintenance, quality, and logistics, you will drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and 5S initiatives in a stable, growth-focused, family-owned environment committed to sustainability and long-term careers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations across assigned shift(s)
• Ensure safety standards, procedures, and housekeeping are followed
• Monitor output to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
• Schedule, train, and coach production team members
• Coordinate staffing, shift changes, and work assignments
• Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime
• Track production metrics and complete required reports
• Drive continuous improvement, 5
• S, and lean initiatives
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams
• Support implementation of new processes and equipment
