• Implement the nursing process with patients, including carrying out physician orders regarding diet, medication and treatment in accordance with Firelands standards of care
• Perform assessments; monitor and ensure quality care through observation and evaluation; document nursing interventions on care plans, medical records, and report findings to physicians as needed
• Instruct patients, staff, and family members regarding treatments, nursing plans and related patient care directed toward a safe discharge
• Respond to emergencies; maintain availability of medications and supplies; ensure cleanliness of equipment and environment
• Demonstrate service excellence and act as an ambassador and advocate for the facility

• Must have a current Ohio RN license and CPR before patient care experience
• Prefer at least 1 year of experience
• Current PALS, ACLS, Basic EKG, and TNCC required or obtained within 6 months of hire and remain current
• Excellent organizational, customer service skills, and computer proficiency are a must
