Benefits- Starting Hourly Pay – Step 3: $29.22 per hour ($60,778 annually)
- 1st Raise after 6 months: increase to $30.55 per hour ($63,544 annually)
- $500 bonus after 120 days and another $500 bonus after one year
- Multiple, scheduled pay increases over your years of service
- Shift differential pay for 2nd & 3rd shift
- Longevity increases start at your fifth year and grow as long as you stay with the State of Ohio

- Completion of physician orders; assist with exams, treatments & collect specimens as needed; administer medication including controlled substances
- Observe & document residents’ condition in Point‑Click‑Care system, report to medical team
- Create other necessary reports (e.g., progress notes, care plans, monthly summaries)
- Provide general nursing and direct care to residents such as assisting with activities of daily living, vital signs, assisting with ambulation, range of motion, etc.
- May escort and support residents at medical appointments or recreational activities
- Assist with redirecting unsafe actions to bring about positive outcomes
- Apply safety & infection control measures
- Provide assistance (e.g., work direction, training, etc.) to therapeutic program workers (STNA) as assigned
- Attend team meetings, trainings, etc.
- All other duties as assigned
