• Starting Hourly Pay – Step 3: $29.22 per hour ($60,778 annually)
• 1st Raise after 6 months: increase to $30.55 per hour ($63,544 annually)
• $500 bonus after 120 days and another $500 bonus after one year
• Multiple, scheduled pay increases over your years of service
• Shift differential pay for 2nd & 3rd shift
• Longevity increases start at your fifth year and grow as long as you stay with the State of Ohio

• Completion of physician orders; assist with exams, treatments & collect specimens as needed; administer medication including controlled substances
• Observe & document residents’ condition in Point‑Click‑Care system, report to medical team
• Create other necessary reports (e.g., progress notes, care plans, monthly summaries)
• Provide general nursing and direct care to residents such as assisting with activities of daily living, vital signs, assisting with ambulation, range of motion, etc.
• May escort and support residents at medical appointments or recreational activities
• Assist with redirecting unsafe actions to bring about positive outcomes
• Apply safety & infection control measures
• Provide assistance (e.g., work direction, training, etc.) to therapeutic program workers (STNA) as assigned
• Attend team meetings, trainings, etc.
• All other duties as assigned
