Must Have: Healthcare-professional level CPR certification, Ohio LPN/LVN License
Responsibilities
- Basic Patient Care: LPNs provide basic nursing care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and helping patients with mobility.
- Vital Signs Monitoring:
They regularly check and record patients' vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates. - Medication Administration: LPNs administer prescribed medications and injections, monitor patients for adverse reactions, and ensure medication compliance.
- Wound Care:
They perform wound care, including cleaning and dressing wounds, and monitoring for signs of infection.
• Work history/resume
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• COVID Card
