The Lead Registered Nurse position is part of the
** Emergency Department
** and is a
** full****-time role working
**** 72
* *** hours per two-week pay period**, primarily on the
** night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
** with 12-hour shifts. The schedule includes
** weekend and holiday responsibilities**.
** We’re excited to offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for this position.
** This role provides leadership, guidance, and supervision to hospital personnel while serving as a liaison for hospital administration in responding to emergent situations. The Lead RN coordinates bed management, staffing assignments, and ensures exceptional patient care across all nursing departments.### Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
* Current
** Ohio RN license
** required
* ** BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS
** certification required.
** ENPC and TNCC are required within 1 year of hire.
*** Demonstrates leadership and ability to confidently handle difficult situations
* Strong initiative, flexibility, professionalism, and enthusiasm
* Excellent communication skills and independent decision-making
* Commitment to patient advocacy, customer service, and high-quality care###
Key Responsibilities
* Provide guidance and supervision to hospital personnel and serve as a resource for staff
* Coordinate bed management and nursing staffing based on patient acuity and census
* Serve as a professional role model and ensure exceptional patient care
* Float to high-need areas to assist with admissions, transfers, and patient assignments as needed
* Evaluate and adjust staffing resources appropriately
* Assist with case management and patient case review activities
* Communicate effectively with hospital management and interdisciplinary teams
