What You Will Do

Assist Director with administrative and clinical leadership.

Plan, coordinate and manage personnel and resources to provide the highest quality patient care.

Assist Director in collaborating with physicians and other health care disciplines to ensure optimal patient care.

Develop, coordinate and implements clinical education programs to educate RN's, LPN's, and patient care techs.

Ability to lead with integrity and trust while driving results.

Works to retain staff by promoting a positive work environment.

Maintains confidentiality of customer/employee information, meeting HIPAA standards.

Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of the Nursing Departments vision, goals, and objectives.

Plan, manage, implementation, and evaluation of clinical services to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Responsible for the selection, development, motivation, and evaluation of staff.

What You Will Need

Current active RN license in the State of Ohio required.
BSN preferred.
Required to have 3-5 years of nursing experience and 2-3 years supervisory experience.
Current BLS and ACLS required.
Must be knowledgeable of Quality Assurance processes.
Must be knowledgeable regarding the nursing process and its application, including the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.

Qualifications Education

Bachelors or better in Nursing.
