Louis Dreyfus Company is seeking a laboratory technician to ensure the quality of products at a soybean processing facility. You will perform accurate lab analysis on raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products to support operational decisions and food safety programs.
The role requires adherence to GMPs/GLPs and the ability to work 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays. You will operate GC, ICP, NIR and other equipment, enter data into LIMS, and generate COAs.
