Position: Receptionist - Apartment Community

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a customer service oriented Leasing Agent at our Sandusky, OH office. This centralized office oversees 11 properties with the potential for up to $75.00 per new lease signed! We are offering up to $16.00/hr. tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of paid time off.

Essential

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with answer phones, emails, social media posts
  • Schedule appointments and setup tours
  • Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
  • Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showing
  • Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
  • Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
  • Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
  • Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
  • Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
Knowledge,

Skills and Experience:
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
  • Must-engage enthusiastically withprospective and current residents
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
