Assist in food production and operations of back of the house and front of the house using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures and company systems;
Cross train in all skill positions within the restaurant;
Complete a certification program teaching in-store management skills;
Ensure standards for quality food, hospitality and cleanliness are achieved for guests;
When salaried restaurant manager is not on duty, assume front of the house and back of the house management responsibilities
