Part-Time Shift Manager Opportunity – Dairy Store/Parlor (Ages 18+)

Toft Dairy is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Part-Time Shift Manager for our Dairy Store/Parlor located at 3717 Venice Road, Sandusky, Ohio.

This leadership role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual with food service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate leads by example, greets and serves customers with a positive attitude, and demonstrates a strong work ethic and professional commitment to exceptional service. Reliability, responsibility, and punctuality are essential.

• Supervising daily shift operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring staff complete assigned duties efficiently and accurately
• Leading and working alongside team members to serve customers
• Greeting and assisting customers
• Scooping ice cream and preparing milkshakes, sundaes, and other sweet treats
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment inside and outside the Dairy Store/Parlor
• Upholding all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position due to keyholder and management responsibilities. Our Dairy Store/Parlor is open seven days a week, and candidates must have flexible availability, including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
