At Friend Ship, our Retail Sales Associates are the heart of our stores. In this role, you’ll deliver Wicked Awesome Customer Service (WACS), help maintain Clean and Bright Stores (CABS), and prepare our FResh, Delicious, and ReaDY (FREDDY) food items where applicable. You’ll create a welcoming environment for our guests while supporting daily store operations as part of a people-first team.

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service
• Accurately process transactions and handle payments
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Prepare and serve food items following company standards (where applicable)
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and follow company standards
• Retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements

Occasional:
Walking, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing and pulling, climbing, stooping, forward bending, squatting, reaching, use of hands and feet, exposure to hot and cold temperatures, weather, atmospheric conditions.

Frequent:
Standing, sitting, driving, use of hands (washing hands), talking, hearing, seeing, cutting, operating kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, steam tables, dishwashers
