Merchandise Team Member

Salary & Eligibility

$13 per hour. Positions also available for 14‑15‑year‑olds; pay may vary based on duties and responsibilities.

• Demonstrate and sell merchandise to guests utilizing product knowledge.
• Conduct sales transactions on POS (point‑of‑sales) system.
• Display merchandise and suggest products to guests, emphasizing key selling points or sales promotions.
• Stock shelves, fixtures, gondolas, counters, and racks with merchandise; retrieve boxed merchandise from back storage areas to stock the sales floor.
• Make guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories.
• Interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Gain skills, knowledge, and experience that will benefit future career progress.

• Strong enthusiasm for helping others and supporting guest and associate needs.
• Good judgement and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
