Retail Display Installer – Technology

Job Type: Per Required Need.

Work Location:

Market - SS - OH - Sandusky. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday; weekends are not required. Pay: $16.25 per hour. Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Job assignments available Monday–Friday, flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts. Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.

• Respond within 24 hours to field services management and keep availability updated.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Complete necessary forms, surveys, and capture images for each job.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early morning installations and work with teams of 2+ people.
• Use virtual software to execute related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed to achieve team success.
• Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments and occasional early morning, late‑night, or holiday work.

• Age / Eligibility:
  Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability:
  Flexible availability Monday to Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as required; maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork in a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical Abilities:
  Climb ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead.
• Adaptability:
  Adjust to varying tasks and work environments.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Effective communication via phone, text, email; use smartphone for clocking, uploading photos, downloading apps, connecting to internet; respond within 24 hours.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial; installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Technology:
  Own Android or Apple device for uploading photos and data; able to navigate communication platforms independently.
• Training:
  Complete all training assignments within designated time frame.
• Transportation & Travel:
  Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
• Leadership & Communication:
  Superior leadership skills; strong professional communication and presentation skills; sound decision making and problem solving.
