Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow revenue for our corrugated and folding carton solutions. In this field-based role, you will manage a defined territory, prospect and win new manufacturing and industrial accounts, and expand business with existing customers. You will consult on sustainable, innovative packaging options, coordinate with design and production teams, and provide accurate pricing and forecasting.
Success requires strong B2B sales skills, travel within the territory, and a focus on safety, integrity, and long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet revenue and margin goals
- Identify, qualify, and close new business within assigned manufacturing and industrial accounts
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships through regular onsite visits and reviews
- Collaborate with internal design, production, and logistics teams to deliver packaging solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer needs
- Track opportunities and activities using CRM tools, maintaining accurate sales forecasts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Support credit, pricing, and contract negotiations within company guidelines
- Represent Green Bay Packaging at customer meetings, plant tours, and industry events
- Uphold company values for safety, sustainability, and long-term customer partnerships
