Security Attendant

Great Wolf Lodge, a leader in family-focused entertainment and leisure, is actively seeking a dedicated Security Attendant to join our dynamic team at our indoor water park resorts. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the safety and security of all guests and staff on our premises, enhancing our community's sense of comfort and enjoyment. This position requires a vigilant, reliable individual committed to upholding our high standards of security and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to ensure safety of guests and team members.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the resort to identify and resolve security risks.
• Manage access control points and operate security gates and barriers.
• Assist in emergency response drills and real-life situations, providing first response aid when necessary.
• Write and submit detailed security reports on observations and incidents.
• Engage with guests and team members to provide assistance and information while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with management and local law enforcement to address security issues promptly.
• Enforce resort policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.

Required Skills

• Strong observation skills to spot suspicious behavior.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
• Good physical condition to patrol the large resort property.
• Proficiency in using security technology and systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
