Maintenance Multi-Skilled Technician

Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc., a leader in high-quality cable carriers and conveyor systems, is seeking a Maintenance Multi-Skilled Technician to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and conveyor equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with production and engineering teams in a safety-focused, innovative, and team-oriented environment that emphasizes continuous learning and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and conveyor systems to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
• Install, align, and calibrate machinery, cable carrier systems, and related components
• Perform basic PLC, sensor, and motor control adjustments under supervision
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and parts usage records in CMMSFollow safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and company standards to ensure a safe work environment
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support continuous improvement
• Assist in planning and executing equipment upgrades and reliability improvements
