Job OverviewClass A drivers with one year of Class A driving experience in the last five years – with at least six months in the last 24 months – run dedicated accounts delivering ATVs for $90–$100K per year. The role includes a $6K sign‑on bonus and a daily workload of loading and unloading ATVs at dealerships.
Responsibilities- Deliver ATVs to dealerships during business hours, with flexibility for later stops.
- Set up ramps, off‑load the ATVs, reset ramps, and proceed to the next stop.
- Operate a revenue plan of $.58–$.60 per vehicle per mile, plus a $75 load fee and $12 securement fee per ATV.
- Run 14–21 days on the road with 3–4 days off.
- Take the truck home as needed.
Base pay ranges from $90K to $100K per year. The sign‑on bonus is paid as follows: $2,500 at the six‑month mark and $2,500 at the one‑year mark. Average drivers in the fleet average 2,770 miles per week; the fleet average is about 2,665 miles per week.

Qualifications- One full year of Class A Tractor‑Trailer experience in the last five years, with at least six months in the last 24 months.
- No more than four moving violations in the last three years and no more than two in the last year (personal and CMV).
- No major moving violations in the last three years (e.g., head‑on, rear‑end, rollover, ran off‑road, fatality, lane‑change/side‑swipe, hit‑and‑run, failed to report, or leaving the scene of an accident).
- No more than three minor at‑fault incidents in the last three years and no more than two in the last year.
- Never failed or refused a DOT drug test.
- No DUI (PMV) in the last ten years and no more than one in a lifetime.
- No felonies in the last ten years; other criminal activity will be reviewed.
- Physically able to handle a physical job that involves strapping carts and unloading them.
