Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement are required to run a dedicated cryogenic account. Training is provided for those without cryogenic experience.

Applicants must hold tanker and hazmat endorsements at the time of application.

• First year pay ranges from $80K-$106K. Drivers start at $300.30/day with a $3/day increase every six months, up to $324/day. Training new hires in cryogenics earns an additional $100/day.
• Shadow training: drivers run their truck while a trainer runs a truck. Payment is $125/day plus a $1,000 bonus upon training completion. Trucks are 579 Petes automatic; no slip seating.
• Benefits begin after 60 days. The package includes one week vacation in the first 52 weeks, medical coverage, and a 401(k) with matching.
• Drivers run dedicated regional or local accounts and must operate in all 48 states; opting out of any region is not permitted.
• During a 7‑day home break, the company pays for flight home and back. If the driver is within 200 miles of home, they may drive themselves. Out time is 21 days with a maximum of 7 days home per stay (less possible).
• Willingness to fly is required for deployment.

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving within the last three years.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
• No felony convictions.
• Successful completion of DOT drug testing; refusal or failure disqualifies.
