The Laundry Clerk (Smock Room) is responsible for maintaining, distributing, and laundering production garments and related items to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards. This role supports production operations by ensuring team members have access to clean smocks, gloves, and necessary supplies.

• Operate Washer and Dryer to clean Gloves (Required to turn gloves right side out before loading, Inspect and fold gloves after dry.)
• Will be required to thoroughly inspect gloves for wholes or cuts.
• Issue supplies to arriving employees.
• Sell and Exchange items as needed.
• Clean laundry area & remove trash.
• Shift inventory of supplies / Restock any needed supplies
• Track glove loss and record
• Inventory and restock of First Aid boxes
• Clean First Floor Hallway and Restrooms
• Receive Daily Smock Delivery
• Clean and Organize Label Room

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of operating washers and dryers (industrial equipment preferred).
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in varying temperatures (approximately 10°F to 100°F).
• Must be comfortable working around raw meat products and production byproducts.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
