Seasonal Retail Staff Member - Sandwich

Tree House Brewing Co. – Sandwich, MA – 2026 Summer season – part‑time position, minimum 3 shifts/week with Saturday availability.

• Provide a welcoming, educated experience for all guests; deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Tree House brand with enthusiasm.
• Educate customers on Tree House history, philosophy and beer.
• Handle can packing, can sales and checkout operations.
• Serve draft pours quickly and accurately while caring for the product.
• Assess flavor profiles and guide customers through decision making efficiently.
• Ensure facilities remain clean.
• Assist with merchandise inventory and record keeping.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Tree House.
• Perform any other retail‑related tasks as needed.

• Relevant experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Refined beer palate and strong knowledge of craft beer.
• Impeccable communication and customer service skills.
• Bartending experience; TIPS certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently; stay on feet for most of the shift.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous, focused, hardworking.
• Quick learner with minimal supervision.
• Professional multitasking under time‑sensitive situations.
• Strong troubleshooting and quick pivoting capability to coordinate corrective actions.
• Meticulous attention to detail in payment processing.
• Understanding and passion for artisan product consumers; broad craft beer knowledge.
• Desire to learn Tree House history, vision and beer (longstanding knowledge is a plus).
• Flexible schedule; willing to work nights and weekends as needed.
