Montessori Training as Part of the Role
You do not need to arrive as a fully trained Montessori educator. What matters most right now is that you have aligned experience, and bring the right qualities as an educator and a person.
-Once you join the team, we will support your Montessori development through:
-Daily mentorship from experienced Montessori Teacher Leaders
-Structured observation and coaching within a working Montessori classroom
-Access to Montessori training and professional development opportunities
-A clear pathway toward deeper Montessori certification over time

A Collaborative Montessori Classroom Model
Each classroom operates as a collaborative team:
Teacher Leader → Teacher → Teaching Partner
Teachers work closely with the Teacher Leader to support the Montessori environment, guide the daily rhythm of the classroom, and protect the integrity of the Montessori work cycle. Teachers play a key role in preparing the environment, presenting lessons, observing children, and maintaining the calm atmosphere that supports concentration and independence.
What You’ll Do
-Prepare and maintain a calm, well-organized classroom environment
-Present lessons and support children’s independent work
-Observe children carefully and respond to their developmental needs
-Protect uninterrupted work cycles that support concentration
-Collaborate closely with the Teacher Leader and Teaching Partner Support literacy routines and language-rich classroom interactions
-Communicate thoughtfully with families and the classroom team
-Contribute to a culture of respect, curiosity, and independence

-Maintaining a calm and focused classroom environment
-Presenting Montessori lessons with growing clarity and
-Building strong observational skills to guide children’s learning
-Supporting children’s independence rather than directing every activity
-Demonstrating reliability and professionalism within the classroom team
-Actively engaging in Montessori training and coaching
-Contributing to a positive, respectful culture for children, families, and colleagues
