Physical Therapist

We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic care team at Cape Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Sandwich!

As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patients/residents, develop care plans, provide direct treatment, and consult with a clinical team. You will also teach and train caregiver staff and supervise other therapists, assistants, aides, and students as required.

• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Appropriate licensing or in the process of obtaining one.

• Effective in multi-faceted systems and interactions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform documentation, equipment manipulation, and direct care.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle stress.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities, ages, and backgrounds.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
