Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities Join our dynamic care team at Cape Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Sandwich!
We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
$25.25 to $31 an hour, including differentials. depending on the shift. All shifts have differentials. Weekly pay.
Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus available!* Openings, all including every other weekend, include:
40 hours on 11p-7a
Per diem available on all shifts
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your primary responsibility will be to provide routine daily nursing care to our residents, in accordance with our established nursing care procedures and as directed by the licensed staff nurse. You will participate in planning and following current resident care plans, complete resident assignments effectively, and document accurately and completely.
ResponsibilitiesMeet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under your care
Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly
Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them
Document accurately and completely
Meet personal grooming needs for each resident
Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident
Maintain clean and orderly resident care areas
Identify residents correctly and maintain confidentiality
Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, or be in the process of obtaining one

Knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation policies and ability to utilize appropriately
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions
Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
Ability to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel
Patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents
