• Direct, plan, and coordinate nursing service activities.
• Ensure the development, implementation, and evaluation of staff onboarding, training, and education.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff.
• Ensure a positive work environment that is safe for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Coordinate unit activities with other hospital departments.
• Develop and implement staffing plans.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's Degree in Nursing preferred

• Nursing experience 2-3 years required, nursing leadership experience 1-2 years preferred

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required
• ACLS (AHA) preferred
• BLS Certification from Various Issuers preferred
