* Lead HPLC/UPLC method development, optimisation, and validation.
* Design and interpret forced degradation and impurity studies.
* Provide oversight, troubleshooting, and mentoring for scientists.
* Support the physicochemical characterization and Materials assessment of the candidates.
* Design API-excipient compatibility and stress studies.
* Support small-scale blending, compression trials, and prototype evaluation.
* Act as scientific and project lead for client projects.
* Drive new preformulation capabilities and workflows.
Required:
* Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Analytical Chemistry or related field.
* Strong experience in HPLC/UPLC method development.
* Exposure to preformulation or solid-state characterisation.
* Experience in GMP environments.
Desirable:
* Experience with formulation techniques.
* Experience of statistical and data assessment tools.
* Familiarity with PXRD, DSC, TGA, DVS.
* Experience establishing new lab capabilities.
