Top‑ranked local boutique CPA firm with less than 100 employees, growing through new client acquisition, seeks an experienced Audit Manager to tackle audit, assurance, and financial compilation assignments across multiple industries.

• Lead audit engagements for multiple entities with revenues ranging from $1 million to over $100 million USD.
• Perform audit, assurance, and financial compilation assignments.
• Report to management and CPA firm partners and work closely with the audit and assurance manager.
• Manage client relationships and provide leadership throughout engagements.

• Salary $115,000 – $145,000 per year plus bonus.
• Full‑time schedule.
• Medical and dental plans.

• CPA highly preferred or close to attaining the license.
• 4–6 years of GAAP, audit, assurance, and advisory experience.
• Experience with assurance and audit across multiple industries (construction, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, and some government entities).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent;
  Master’s preferred.
• Excellent client management and leadership skills.

Full‑time.

$115,000 – $145,000 per year.
