Greystar is seeking a Property Accountant to support the Community Manager by handling accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly close-out reports, processing invoices, collecting rent, deposits, and reconciling accounts.
You will operate Yardi/One Site, review resident files for delinquencies, and assist in maintaining revenue through lease enforcement and timely communications with residents. This role includes on-site supervision in the manager’s absence and collaboration with owners.
