Vendor Maintenance Coordinator

LHH is currently seeking a Vendor Maintenance Associate/ AP Specialist to join their team in a hybrid work environment for a well-established organization in the Buckhead area of Atlanta seeking. Are you looking to grow your career in Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, or Finance Operations?

• Manage vendor onboarding and setup processes
• Review and maintain vendor documentation, including W-9s/W-8s
• Update and maintain vendor records within SAP
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and compliant vendor information
• Support Accounts Payable operations and provide exceptional internal customer service
• Conduct periodic audits of vendor data to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Accounts Payable, vendor maintenance, accounting support, or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and vendors
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
• Customer-focused and process-driven mindset

• Exposure to multiple areas within finance and accounting operations
• Collaborative team environment
