Property Soar is seeking a Store Operations Assistant to support our daily business functions and ensure smooth and efficient store operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence, coordinating logistics, and assisting with administrative tasks that keep our operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a structured and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily coordination of store activities and operations.
  • Support inventory management, restocking, and order processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to monitor operational performance.
  • Prepare reports, track metrics, and support operational planning.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to store leadership.
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail, operations, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
