Schedule
- Sunday - Thursday, 12pm - 9pm EST
Provide support with retrieval and resolution of hotel folios along with other general hotel administrative responsibilities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Call clients to confirm hotel checkouts
- Folio reconciliations
- Assist with booking reservations as needed
- Call to retrieve needed documentation
- Assist the Housing Coordinators with hotel extensions
- Assist with inbound calls to the department
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
- Education & Licensing:
High school diploma or GED required. - Experience:
One (1) year of experience in construction management, restoration and/or insurance claims and customer service required. Chronicle software experience preferred. - Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Good problem resolution skills
- Good judgment and sound decision making skills
- Ability to build a consensus among various parties
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Initiative and ability to multi-task
- Above average speed and accuracy key stroke skills
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and maintain a positive demeanor
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
- Mental:
Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines. - Physical:
Computer keyboarding, travel as required. - Auditory/Visual:
Hearing, vision and talking.
