Rutgers University–Camden is seeking a Program Coordinator II for The Institute for Empowering Equitable Education in STEM (E3-STEM). This role supports day-to-day logistics and administrative operations, reporting to the Assistant Director and working with the Director.
The position manages existing grants, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, tracks milestones, ensures funder compliance, and prepares detailed financial and programmatic reports for grantors.
