We’re looking for a strong B2B Collections Specialist to manage high-dollar, complex accounts with a heavy focus on disputes and deductions. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable owning large portfolios, communicating with customers regularly, and digging into details to drive resolution.
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage top 2 customer accounts with a portfolio up to $80M
- Heavy focus on dispute and deduction resolution
- Perform collections via phone and email
- Lead and participate in monthly customer meetings
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups within the ERP system
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B collections experience
- Proven experience managing a $10M+ portfolio
- Experience working in a general ERP system
- Basic Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
