About RockED

RockED is the premier people development platform for the automotive industry. We deliver mobile-first, microlearning content to front-line dealership employees–sales associates, service advisors, F&I managers, and dealership leadership–helping OEMs, dealer service providers, and vendors reach and develop the people who drive dealership performance. Our platform is live across thousands of dealerships nationwide, and we're in a period of significant growth as more OEMs bring their training programs to RockED.

About

the Role

RockED's Program Management team owns every Network Partner relationship after the deal is signed–from OEM programs to Dealer Service Providers and industry-partner initiatives.

This is a senior, high-autonomy role. You'll run your own book of Tier 1 partner programs day to day while also acting as a mentor and force multiplier for the broader Program Management team. You should be comfortable being equally at home in a spreadsheet, a partner stakeholder meeting, or a status update to internal leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full lifecycle of Tier 1 partner programs (OEM and other enterprise-scale accounts)–from post-sale handoff through ongoing stewardship
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner and OEM stakeholders, including field teams and account managers, ensuring smooth program rollout and sustained dealer adoption
  • Partner closely with our Content team to scope and shape training programs that meet both partner objectives and dealer needs
  • Own ongoing program health–usage reporting, content refresh planning, and strategic guidance to partners on driving dealer activation
  • Build and deliver clear, executive-ready reporting and business reviews for partner stakeholders and internal leadership
  • Mentor and coach Program Managers on the team–program strategy, partner management, and navigating complex accounts
  • Partner cross-functionally with Partner Experience, Product, and Marketing to unblock adoption friction and drive engagement campaigns
  • Operate with real autonomy–you'll be trusted to run point on your programs, not managed step by step
What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years in program management, account management, partner/customer success, or a similar client-facing operational role, with a track record of independently owning complex, high-stakes accounts
  • Automotive or dealer-industry background strongly preferred–familiarity with dealership operations, OEM field structures, or franchise dynamics is a real advantage at RockED
  • Strong project management skills–able to steer and coordinate internal and external teams on complex programs and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication–equally credible presenting to senior partner stakeholders and internal leadership
  • Strong reporting instincts–able to turn usage and performance data into a clear, non-technical narrative
  • A true generalist skill set: comfortable moving between hands-on execution, relationship management, and polished stakeholder communication in the same day
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading teammates
  • Comfortable building process and structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta area; this role is onsite at our Perimeter Center office
Nice to Have
  • Experience with OEM, franchise, or dealer-network go-to-market models
  • Background in L&D, corporate training, or the broader EdTech/LMS space
  • Experience with mobile-first consumer or enterprise products
Who You'll Work With

You’ll report to the Senior Director of Program Management and join a 7-person team responsible for every Network Partner relationship post-sale. You’ll work daily alongside Content, and regularly with Enterprise Sales, Partner Experience, Product, and Marketing.
