Senior Superintendent – Lithko Contracting

The role includes overseeing the planning and execution phase of our projects, working closely with the operational team to develop comprehensive project plans and ensuring execution goals are met.

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and project planning.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the team and adjust as necessary.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to appropriate parties.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in data center construction.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large‑scale self‑perform GC or concrete contractor.
• Self‑perform concrete experience required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, especially commercial/industrial.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction principles and practices on projects over $500K.
• Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
