Help drive the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects that power communities and industries. Our client is seeking a field-focused scheduling expert who can turn complex project activity into a clear, actionable roadmap—keeping engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup teams aligned from planning through completion.

Compensation: $85-$95 per hour
- Estimated annual base compensation of $176,800-$197,600
- Up to 15% merit bonus plus per diem while deployed
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain detailed EPC, commissioning, and startup schedules in Primavera P6
- Translate field progress into accurate schedule updates, forecasts, and executive reports
- Analyze critical path activities, float, variances, productivity trends, and potential delays
- Partner with construction, engineering, procurement, project controls, and subcontractor teams
- Create short-term look-ahead schedules that support field execution
- Develop recovery schedules and mitigation plans when project impacts occur
- Maintain schedule documentation supporting change management and claims avoidance
What You'll Need to Be Considered:
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling
- 5-10 years of Experience supporting large capital EPC, power generation, oil and gas, or industrial construction projects
- Ability to identify critical path impacts and develop recovery strategies
- Understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup workflows
- Ability to work full-time at active construction sites
- Willingness to temporarily relocate for project assignments lasting 14-28 months
