LEAD THE WAY + DRIVE THE VIBE + KEEP THE ARTWORK MOVIN' ON THROUGH
THE OPPORTUNITYAt Lakeshirts | Blue 84, we're more than a company. We're a creative, team-first operation that turns artwork into apparel for resort, licensed collegiate, and K-12 customers. As our Art Production Team Lead for Floor Support, you'll connect the art team and production floor, keep artwork moving on time, protect production-art standards, and help artists solve issues before they slow the value stream.
This is a hands-on lead role for someone who can organize shifting priorities, coach people, troubleshoot production artwork, and communicate clearly across Art, Production, and Quality Control. You'll use production reports and work orders to assign work, respond to floor needs, maintain brand and art standards, and support continuous improvement. If you're a practical servant leader who knows Adobe Illustrator and thrives in a fast-paced screen print environment, this could fit you to a tee.
