Molly Maid is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Manager to support our customers, cleaning teams, and daily office operations. In this role, you'll serve as the communication bridge between customers and our field teams while learning the operational side of the business.

As an Office Manager, you'll help ensure exceptional customer service, support daily scheduling and dispatching, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our company.

Benefits & Compensation The pay range for this position is $37,000 - $42,000 per year, based on experience, with additional performance and growth incentives available.

Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Profit Sharing Program Performance Incentives What You'll Do Customer Service & Lead Management Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering incoming calls, texts, emails, and web inquiries

Follow up with prospective customers and unsold estimates

Schedule appointments and maintain excellent customer communication

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer journey

Office Operations Assist with scheduling and dispatching cleaning teams

Support daily office operations and workflow management

Coordinate communication between customers, office staff, and field teams

Help ensure schedules are organized and routes are optimized

Learn key operational systems and processes

Team Support & Growth Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training team members

Support company goals related to customer growth and retention

Help maintain a positive, team-oriented culture

Take on additional operational responsibilities as you develop in the role

Qualifications

Minimum requirements for consideration:

Legally authorized to work in the United States Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Ability to pass a background check

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, office administration, management, recruiting, scheduling, or a related field

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Available to work Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30 AM to 5:00 PMReady for a Fresh Start?
