What you’ll do
  • Talk to customers over the phone or via email, resolving their queries and, when required, engaging with other suppliers.
  • Work in Operations, the core of our business, providing end‑to‑end customer service.
  • Take full responsibility for all issues that arise, avoiding transfer loops and handling problems across the entire customer journey.
  • Create solutions in a fast‑paced environment, adapting quickly to changes as the company grows.
What you’ll need
  • Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Prior energy experience not required – a passion for sustainability and world‑class customer service is essential.
  • Highly motivated with strong drive to succeed.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Highly organised and energetic.
  • Quick learner who follows instructions and follows through.
  • Available to work Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.

  • Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree.
