Gainwell Technologies is hiring a Medicaid Call Center Representative in Tucker, GA for a hybrid work arrangement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in customer service, preferably in a call center. You will respond to routine client questions, document interactions, and ensure issues are resolved while meeting SLA expectations.
Training is onsite for 2–3 weeks. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM EST; broadband internet and stable access are required.
