Full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.
ResponsibilitiesAs the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, schedule appointments, coordinate customer needs, and help resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy. Each interaction is an opportunity to provide reassurance, build trust, and ensure customers receive the exceptional service that Cheshire Heating and Air is known for.
Requirements- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Service Titan experience is a plus
- Organized, customer-focused, dependable, professional, and eager to contribute to a positive team environment
