Smile Source Atlanta East is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Associate Dentist to help grow and lead our established practice.

We are seeking a mature, clinically confident dentist who values comprehensive dentistry, strong ethics, accountability, and long-term professional growth. The ideal candidate communicates effectively with patients and team members and is capable of independently leading patient care with professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and minimal oversight.

Dr. Bernee Dunson serves as owner and clinical leader and is available for collaboration and case discussion, while the Associate Dentist maintains primary responsibility for day-to-day patient care and clinical leadership within the office.

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
• Develop and present treatment plans with confidence and professionalism
• Provide high-quality general and restorative dental care
• Utilize digital radiographs and modern dental technology to support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, sterilization, and infection control standards
• Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative team members to support an efficient and positive patient experience
• Help support the continued growth and success of the practice

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Georgia Dental License
• Current CPR Certification
