We are seeking a talented professional with a passion for design and a strong desire to develop leadership skills while managing diverse, impactful projects.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design.
• 5–12 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects, with a strong focus on interior design.
• Strong background in commercial, recreation, public sector, public works, sustainable, and municipal/government projects is a plus.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent technical, code, and detailing skills for high-quality documentation.
• Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for the multidisciplinary design process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to integrate design requirements seamlessly with architecture.
• LEED accreditation and NCIDQ certification are a bonus.

• Manage projects from start to finish, taking ownership of every phase.
• Collaborate with clients to define design concepts and project requirements.
• Develop design criteria and oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and planning.
• Create detailed designs, drawings, and models using advanced software tools.
• Foster professional client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Exhibit leadership abilities while building connections across all project levels.
