CMCH is a warm, community-centered Jewish Montessori preschool serving children 18 months through Kindergarten. A kind, dependable, professional, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support one of our toddler classrooms (ages 2 - 3 years old). We’re looking for someone who loves working with young children, communicates well with others, and is excited to be part of a supportive team long-term.

• Support the lead teacher with daily routines and classroom activities

• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom

• Greet children warmly each day and promote a positive, loving environment

• Attend staff meetings and participate in teacher workdays

• Follow Bright From the Start and Quality Rated guidelines

• Must be 18+

• Prior experience in early childhood education (3+ years preferred)

• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain—covered by us)

• Able to pass a GA DECAL background check

• Willingness to complete annual training hours (provided)

• Experience in a Bright From the Start or Quality Rated program as a Teaching Assistant

• Child Development Associate (CDA) certification

• Nurturing, warm, and patient

• A team player with strong communication skills

• Reliable, flexible, and organized
