Description

The Associate Pastor is a godly man continuing to grow and mature in Christ as a person of integrity who meets the Biblical qualifications of eldership and believes the Bible is the inerrant word of God. He must have a strong sense of calling and identity in Christ and is continuing to grow in depth and knowledge of the Gospel and being transformed by it.

His ultimate desire should be the glory of God, and he should see his unique calling in equipping the body of Christ, the local church, for that purpose.

• Lead, Shepherd, Teach, Nurture and Grow Young Adult and Youth Ministries.
• Assist Senior Pastor With Teaching Bible Studies, Sunday School and at Retreats.
• Preach multiple times per year.

  Compensation based on experience and national comparable measures

• Educational Requirements:
  
  Preferably Bachelor Degree in Biblical Studies or related field
• Experience:
  
  3+ years of experience as a young adult, youth or associate pastor preferred
