Sr. Investment Advisor Service Specialist

Well established boutique, SEC-registered RIA firm supporting over 120 offices nationwide is looking to hire a Sr. Investment Advisor Service Specialis
t. The company onboards new advisory teams monthly and operates in a fast-paced, multi-custodial environment.

We are seeking a senior-level operations professional with 10+ years of direct RIA or investment advisory experience to serve as a trusted operational partner to affiliated financial advisors.

This is not an entry-level or administrative role. Deep industry experience is required.

• Serve as senior operational contact for affiliated advisors
• Oversee complex account onboarding, ACATs, and transfers
• Process and review money movement requests with compliance awareness
• Liaise with custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, etc.) to resolve escalations
• Assist with onboarding new advisory teams joining the firm
• Review exception reports and proactively resolve discrepancies
• Provide platform guidance and operational support to advisor teams
• Contribute to process improvements as the firm continues to grow

• 10+ years of experience in an RIA, broker-dealer, or custodial operations environment
• Direct experience supporting independent financial advisors
• Strong knowledge of:
• Account onboarding
• ACAT transfers
• Experience with custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, etc.)
• CRM/workflow proficiency (Redtail, Salesforce, Wealthbox, or similar)
• Strong judgment and ability to independently resolve complex operational issues
• Ability to work full-time in our Atlanta office
