• Partner with Commercial Affairs, Blending, Finance, HR, and Legal teams to develop annual plans, forecasts, and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights through monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Drive cost‑management strategies and implement financial best practices across departments.
• Collaborate with cost‑center owners on budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.
• Train team members on financial systems and processes to strengthen P&L accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Technology, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university; MBA a plus; or a combination of experience and/or education.
• Ideally, 7+ years in finance/accounting, with at least 5 years supporting senior management; energy or utility industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel, Power
  
  BI, Oracle, Planful (or related FP&A application experience), strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self‑starter, collaborative, deadline‑driven, and adept at presenting complex financial data clearly.
