Pay Range $25.00 - $26.77 per hour (base salary only, no incentive eligibility)

Responsibilities- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients.
- Conduct in‑depth conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities and connect them to suitable solutions.
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Collaboration skills to get tasks done, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Passionate, committed, and driven to deliver an experience that improves clients' financial lives.
- Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.

- Confidence in educating clients on simple banking transactions via self‑service technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking).
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients' needs.
- Ability to follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficient time and capacity management.
- Focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours, including possible scheduling at any nearby financial center location.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, or finance).
