Personal Banker - Sandy Springs

Position Overview

Personal Banker in the retail banking organization at the Sandy Springs, GA branch. Duties include fostering an inclusive workplace, delivering customer experience, and contributing to the branch’s success.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience, identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty through outbound and lobby engagement.
• Deliver full PNC conversations with each client to identify appropriate solutions.
• Engage customers via lobby activities, appointments, and teller interactions.
• Educate customers on managing transactions using technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies, procedures, and limits; demonstrate sound judgment.
• Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Associate degree or equivalent, or comparable education, certification, and experience.
• 3+ years of retail banking or related experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, digital awareness, and effective communication.
• Proactivity in sales and identifying opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a matrix environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and customer service mindset.
• Understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance.
