Are you an FP&A professional looking to move beyond traditional reporting and take on broader exposure to the business?
We’re partnering with a growing, multi-location organization looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This is an opportunity to work across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, operational analysis, and strategic initiatives while partnering directly with finance and operational leadership.
What You’ll Do- Own and support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Build financial models to evaluate performance, trends, and future opportunities
- Analyze monthly and quarterly results and explain key business drivers
- Partner with operating companies and business leaders to identify performance opportunities
- Work with large data sets and turn financial information into actionable insights
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Improve and automate FP&A reporting and processes
- Prepare analysis and presentations for senior leadership
- Support acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and other special projects
- 3–6+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with an ERP and financial reporting/planning systems
- Power BI, Tableau, or other BI experience is a plus
- Strong ability to explain why the business performed the way it did
- Excellent communication skills and comfort partnering with senior leadership
- Self-starter who enjoys improving processes in a fast-growing environment
Experience in PE-backed, multi-location, construction, HVAC/MEP, facilities services, industrial services, field services, distribution, manufacturing, or acquisition-focused businesses is highly relevant.
