We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Atlanta-Sandy Springs, GA office. Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and connecting our patients to life‑saving treatments.

* Additional $1.00 differential pay for fluent Spanish/English speakers (must pass in-house assessment).

• Connecting with patients via phone
• Help solve problems and educate patients about TMS and Ketamine
• Coordinate with clinics for patient care
• Other relevant duties as needed.

• High School Diploma/ GED.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service required
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
• Well‑versed in de‑escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
